1. General Provisions and Eligibility

These terms and conditions apply to the rbazee platform (https://rbazee.cam) and all of its associated services. By visiting the rbazee website, opening an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to comply with these terms.

rbazee is for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. Opening an account by any minor is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

1.1 Scope of Services

Any unauthorized activity or suspicious access to your account must be reported to rbazee support immediately. rbazee will not be responsible if login credentials are shared with third parties.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

rbazee processes transactions using mobile banking methods that are widely available in Bangladesh. We support bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for safe and fast payments.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• The deposit account must belong to the user themselves.

• Wagering requirement for using the bonus: 10 times (10x).
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.

5. VIP Program

Regular rbazee members can join the VIP program. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are available based on VIP tier.

5.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 Tier Progression

Users can move to higher VIP tiers through regular betting and active participation. Tier determination is at the discretion of rbazee. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. rbazee reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All types of betting and gaming on rbazee must follow specific rules. Violating any rule may result in account suspension or cancellation.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Betting odds are always determined in real time and are subject to change.
• A bet may be cancelled before a match starts, but bets that are already being processed cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with rbazee's policy.
• If evidence of match-fixing or unethical activity is found, the related bets will be voided.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• All casino games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, rbazee will settle it from the last saved state.
• Attempting to earn money by exploiting software errors is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account cancellation:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using automated bots or third-party software.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request through support. Before closing the account, all applicable wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

10. Limitation of Liability

rbazee accepts no liability for the following:

• A game being left incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues with the user's own device or connection.
• Any loss caused by third-party service providers.
• Use of any software other than approved third-party software.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, the rbazee support team must be contacted first. The time limit for raising a dispute is within 30 days of the relevant incident. If a resolution is not reached through support, a mutually agreed mediation process will be followed by both parties.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes related to the use of the rbazee platform will be governed by applicable international law. The user must confirm for themselves that using this platform is lawful given their location and circumstances.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between rbazee and the user. If any part of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
